The home page of the website is optimized for the keywords: "belly dance movements". This was intentional and from the information in the book. The details are many, but here are some of the things you will notice about this webpage if you look at the source code of the page:

The Domain Name contains the keywords.

The Website Title contains the keywords.

The Keyword Meta Tag in the code contains the keywords and variations.

The Description Meta Tag contains the keywords.

The image has descriptive alternative text containing the keywords.

The Head section and the footer section both contain the keywords.

This website certainly could use some honing, but for a beginners site, it is doing very well. Results of following the instruction and advise in the Honest Riches eBook go like this:

This website was launched mid-September 2008. Within 3 weeks of being crawled by Google, the site was on page 2 of Google. Within a short time after that, it moved to page 1 of Google search results for the keywords- you guessed it: "belly dance movements".
